There are several things you can do to protect themselves from infection. While these guidelines are intended specifically for Covid-19, they can also help you stay safe from other infectious diseases, such as the flu. However, do note that following all these guidelines does not guarantee full protection against Covid-19 or any other infectious disease; rather, following these guidelines just significantly lowers the chances of infection.
